Biriyani masala – 1/2tsp

For Grinding masala
Freshly grated coconut – 3tbspn
Onion-1/2 medium
Green chilly – 3
Cardamom – 1
Cloves – 5 to 6
Cinnamon stick – 1 inch
Garlic cloves – 5 to 6
Ginger – 1 and 1/2 inch
