Almost the same but i include a cup of evaporated milk, a cup of yogurt, cashew nuts and raisins, some kalkandu and garnish the rice with brown fried onions on top. if vege biryani i add carrot, green peas and cauliflower. if non vege i add chicken with the rice. the measurement is for every cup of rice, we need 1 tomato, 1 green chilly, 1 onion.
naa arumaiya biriyani seivan. chicken and vege with raitha and kathirika pachidi. mutton biryani try pannathu ellai.
