Sandwich Without Bread – Healthy Snack | No Bread Sandwich

Hey Foodies, in this video I am going to share an healthy alternative for sandwich which you can make without bread and with minimum use of oil/butter. We will make this no bread sandwich with Semolina/Sooji/Rawa. This is perfect for evening snack, breakfast or even for Kids lunch box.

1/2 cup Gram Flour
3/4 cup Curd
1/2 cup Water
1/2 Chopped Onion
Chopped Green Chilis
1/2 Chopped Capsicum
Chopped Carrot
Corns
Chopped Tomato
Salt
Red Chili Flakes
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 Sachet of Eno

FOR CHUTNEY:
3 tbsp Salted Boondi
2 tbsp Roasted Gram
3-4 tbsp Water
6-8 Green Chilis
1 pc Ginger
3-4 Garlic Pods
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Fresh Coriander
Mint Leaves
Lemon Juice
Salt
