2 Roughly Chopped Onions
8 – 10 Cashews
1 tbsp Melon Seeds
3 – 4 Tomatoes
Kashmiri Red Chillies
1 tsp Salt
3 Boiled Potatoes
100 gms Cottage Cheese
1/2 – 1 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
8 – 10 Chopped Beans
Chopped Spring Onions
1/2 Finely Chopped Capsicum
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 – 3 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp – Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 Tsp – Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp – Garam Masala
1 Tsp- Kasuri Methi
Fresh Coriander Leaves
1 – 2 tsp Oil/Clarified Butter
3 – 4 tbsp Gram Flour
2 – 3 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp OIl
1 tbsp Butter
1 Finely Chopped Onion
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
2 – 3 tsp Fresh Cream
1 tsp Sugar
Fresh Coriander Leaves
