MEDU WADA:
2 cups Urad Dal
8-10 Curry Leaves
1 piece Ginger
1-2 Green Chilis
1-2 tsp Water
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
Pinch of Asafoetida
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp Rice Flour
Fresh Coriander
Oil For Frying
IDLI:
2 cups Semolina/Suji
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Curd
½ cup Water
2 tsp Eno
COCONUT CHUTNEY:
3-4 tbsp Roasted Chana
2-3 tbsp Water
2-3 tbsp Curd
Diced Fresh Coconut
1 pc Ginger
2-3 Green Chilis
Salt
For Tadka:
2 tsp Oil
2-3 pinch Asafoetida
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Urad Dal
2-3 Dry Red Chilis
8-10 Curry Leaves
SAMBHAR:
1.5 cup Toor Dal
2-3 cups Water
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
2-3 Dry Red Chilis
1-2 Finely Chopped Green Chilis
8-10 Curry Leaves
¼ tsp Asafoetida
1 Onion cut in julienne
2 Chopped Tomatoes
Some Carrots
Diced Pumpkin
Diced Brinjal
Drumsticks
Salt
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
2 tsp Sambhar Powder
4-5 tbsp Tamarind Water
1-1.5 Water
½ Onion cubes/Shallots
1 small pc Jaggery
