1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Black Cardamom
2-3 Bay Leaves
5-6 Cloves
1-1.5 tsp Tea Powder
1/4 cupFine Sooji
1/2 cup Curd
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
8-10 Black Pepper
5-6 Cloves
2-3 Cinnamon
2-3 Green Cardamom
4-5 Dried Red Chillies
2-3 tbsp Dried Poemegranate Seeds

FOR GRAVY:
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
3 Finely Chopped Onions
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2-3 tbsp Chole Masala
Tomato Puree
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
Ginger Julians
Slit Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
