Soyabean Cutlets or Soya Kababs, enriched in protein and low in cholesterol, is every vegetarian’s delight. This recipe is prepared using soya beans and is very tasty, nutritious and healthy.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup — Soyabean granules (soaked)
1 — onion finely chopped
1 tbsp — ginger garlic crushed
2-3 — green chillies chopped
8-10 — curry leaves
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
2-3 tbsp gramflour
1 tsp lime juice
some fresh coriander
oil for shallow frying

can I make this with soya chunks
in what way are they healthy when u fry them in oil .. please dont tell me i am doing a shallow fry not deep fry…( i am a paediatric cardiologist by profession).. this is the biggest myth we have if we shallow fry its ok… thats just not true…
