INGREDIENTS:
5oo gms boneless chicken pieces
Salt
1/2 tsp black/white pepper
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup hung yogurt/dahi
2 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp cashew/melon seeds paste
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp melted butter/ghee
Fresh coriander & mint
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp cornstarch/cornflour
1 tbsp butter
GRAVY:2 tbsp oil + 2 tbsp butter
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Onion puree of 2-3
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
Tomato puree of 3-4
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp cashew paste
Salt
1 tsp kasoori methi
