Khaman also widely known as Khaman Dhokla is a Gujarati snack made out of Gram flour, it is very simple to prepare as it gets ready instantly and turns out very soft, spongy and delicious. 3/4 cup Curd
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Oil
Tumeric Powder
1 Sachet of Eno
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds
12-15 Curry Leaves
Slit Green Chilis
Asafoetida
Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
Lemon Juice
Fresh Coriander
Green Chilis
1 pc Ginger
