2 green cardamom
1 big black cardamom
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 cloves
8-10 black pepper corns
1/4 tsp asafortida/heeng
3-4 onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp aamchoor powder
1/4 tsp black peeper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp any chole masala
tomato puree
ginger julliens
slit green chillies
1 tsp kasoori methi

Good recipe. But method of cooking is not right. All species were burnt and gravy black in colour. You basically turned good spices into harmful burnt carcinogens!!
Onion burnt.. might give bitter or bad taste.
Good texture. But u burnt the masala. Though thick gravy. I like it.

Rajma gravy s superb
You did not add haldi to it. And mostly the gravy is not that thick as it will not gol well with rice.
