For Gram Flour (Besan) Paste:
2 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
2 tbsp Gram Flour (Besan)
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Dried Raw Mango Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
1 cup of Water

For Bhurji:
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Oil
1 Finely Chopped Onion
1-2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3-4 Green Chilies
2 Tomatoes Roughly Chopped
Salt
1-2 tbsp Prepared Gram Flour (Besan) Paste
1/2 cup of water
2 tbsp Thick Curd (Optional)
200gms Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Fresh Coriander

Serving:
Onion & Tomato Slices
Lemon Wedges
Fresh Coriander
Bread Slices
