Hey guys, in this recipe I tried making Gujarati Dhoklas using Idli stand and it turned out amazing, so thought to share this recipe with you all. This Idli dhokla gets ready instantly with very few ingredients and perfect for evening snack or breakfast, you can even pack them for Kids lunch box. 1 cup Fine Semolina
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Curd
2 tsp Chili Ginger Paste
Pinch of Asafoetida
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Oil
1 sachet of Eno
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Asafoetida
Curry Leaves
Slit Green Chilis
Dried Red Chilis
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Salt
Sugar
Fresh Coriander

For Chutney:
3 tbsp Roasted Chana Dal
2 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Curd
Chopped Fresh Coconut
1 pc Ginger
3-4 Green Chilis
2 Garlic Pods
Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
Fresh Coriander
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Black Gram Lentil without cover
Dried Red Chilis
