✎ INGREDIENTS:

Toor Daal (Split red gram) – 1/4 cup
Green Split Moong Daal (Split green gram) – 1/4 cup
Small Yellow Moong Daal (Split yellow gram) – 1/4 cup
Chana Daal (Split bengal gram) – 1/4 cup
Urad Daal (Split black gram) – 2 tbsp
Salt To Taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1/2 tbsp
Bay Leaf – 1
Dry Red Chilli – 1-2 broken
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Cloves – 4-5
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Onion – 1 medium finely chopped
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Green Chillies – 1-2 finely chopped
Tomato – 1 large fine chopped
Coriander Powder – 2tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 3-4 cups
Lime/Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Some Fresh Coriander

For Seasoning:
Ghee – 1-2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder To Taste
