For Halwa:
1 kg Red Carrots
2 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
1.5 cup Boiled Milk
200gms Sugar
2 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
Chopped Almonds
Chopped Cashews
Raisins
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
2 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)

For Rabdi:
1 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
1 cup Milk
1 cup Milk Powder

Garnishing:
Silverwork
Almond, Cashews and Pistachios
