Fresh Coriander Leaves
1.5 cups Gram Flour
2 tbsp Rice Flour (Optional)
Oil For Frying

FOR GARLIC CHUTNEY:
Gram Flour Batter
2 tsp Oil
12-13 Garlic Cloves
Peanuts
Sesame Seeds
Coconut Slices
Kashmiri Red Chilis
Salt
Red Chili Powder

FOR RAJWADI CHAI:
1.5 cups Water
3-4 pcs Cardamom
3-4 pcs Clove
Black Pepper Corns
1 pc Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
2-3 pcs Ginger
2 tsp Tea Leaves
3 cups Milk
Saffron Strands
4-5 tsp Sugar

FOR CHAI MASALA:
2 tbsp Green Cardamom
2-3 Black Cardamom
1-2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Clove
Cinnamon Sticks
1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 pc Nutmeg
