Sama Chawal Vrat ki Tikki is a round snack especially made during fasting in India. Made from barnyard millet (also known as sama ke chawal, moraiya, moriyo, vari, varai, sanwa, samwa and swang) and mashed potatoes this round and flat shaped snack is either shallow fried or can be roasted in little oil as per preference.
