Rajbhog Shrikhand or Dry Fruits Matho is Indian Sweet or Dessert made using Hung Curd mixed with Sugar and Dry Fruits. Hung Curd is made by removing excess water from Yoghurt or Curd by hanging it or placing it over strainer so that the whey or Curd Water is drained. It is a popular sweet made during summers. Shrikhand mixed with dry fruits or fresh fruits is usually called Matho in Gujarat and is often served at weddings and special occasions. Enjoy this delicious sweet dish with your favourite dish or just as it is! It tastes great!
