Mixed Fruits & Nuts Shrikhand is a delicious Gujarati dessert where Shrikhand is mixed with rich American dry fruits to give it a nice crunchy & sweet taste. Shrikhand is prepared with hung curd (yoghurt) mixed with sugar. This is a quick recipe, however, pre-preparation is required for making hung curd. In Gujarat it is often called matho and served with meals and tastes best with a poori (round fried wheat flour bread). It is also famous dish served at Gujarati weddings. This wonderful dish can be had anytime of the year, be it summer or winter! Do try this delicious dessert recipe.
