Bhakri is traditionally made in Western States of India namely Gujarat and Maharashtra and also in Rajasthan. It is thick Paratha like roti and is very crispy and cooked slowly. We can call this healthier version of Pizza owing to use of Wheat Flour Base. This delicious Pizza is easy to make and here we show complete recipe starting from making home made Pizza to Paneer and Capsicum toppings.
