Masala Boondi are small round fried snack with savoury taste. It is commonly used in chaat items and other dishes like raita (yoghurt mixed with boondi), sabji, etc. It is made using chickpea flour and a special ladle with several holes in it is used to make this recipe (also called Boondi Jara). You can make this recipe at home very easily and enjoy this delicious snack.
