Kaju Anjeer Roll is a dry fruit rich sweet made using cashew nuts and dried figs. This mithai is made for festivals and special occasions and often gifted to friends and relatives. Though it seems difficult to make you can make this sweet at home with this easy to follow recipe. Dried figs paste is rolled in to cashew nuts and sweet mawa mixture and decorated with poppy seeds (khus khus) or silver leaf. The layers of fig is visible from the sides and it looks lovely.
