Sev Khamani is a very a famous Gujarati snack or farsan. I will show you can make it easily & quickly in microwave. So let’s begin as it is called, from the South Gujarat region. It makes for the perfect breakfast along with Khaman, Dhokla & other delicacies. Sev Khamani is flavored with generous dose of garlic and it has sweet & tangy taste to it. Surti Khamani is a good source of protien as it contains besan or gram flour but it is prepared using generous amount of oil, so not the healthiest farsan.
