nice recipe! which gud have you used? chikki gud or normal one? in coconut, sing chikki you have added little water n soda in the gud ki chasni but here in this chikki you haven't.. could you plz explain the reason for that…

what to do if the Jaggery is chewy, do we add few drops of water or cook it for some more time without water?
Perfect recipe just made it came out excellent! Only thing is I dry roasted peanuts in a pan, instead of putting it in microwave.
i hv md it..but somtms t does not come out crisoy becdusevof ghee…I live crispy not chewy
