Theplas are most commonly made snack or breakfast item in Gujarati households. Thepla can be prepared plain, with doodhi (lauki/Bottle gourd) or methi (fenugreek leaves). Methi Thepla are prepared with lots of Indian spices and can last for a couple days. It is an ideal dish to accompany for picnic or travelling.
