Homemade Baraf Ka Gola/Chuski Recipe with 6 Ice Gola Syrups – Kala Khatta, Kaachi Keri, Mixed Fruit, Orange, Pineapple & Rose – बरफ का गोला रेसिपी हिंदी में – Priya R – Magic of Indian Rasoi

INGREDIENTS:
For sugar syrup

2 cups sugar
1 – ½ cup water
Juice of ½ lemon or ⅛ tsp citric acid

For flavored syrups:
¼ tsp kala khatta emulsion
¼ tsp green mango/kacchi keri emulsion
¼ tsp orange emulsion
¼ tsp pineapple emulsion
⅛ tsp rose essence
⅛ tsp rose pink or red food color
⅛ tsp mixed fruit essence
2 drop navy blue gel food color

For ice gola:
Kala khatta syrup
Kacchi Keri syrup
Orange syrup
Pineapple syrup
Rose syrup
Mixed fruit syrup
5 cups ice cubes
