Handvo is a Gujarati savoury cake usually made from mix of 2 or 3 flour. Bottle gourd and other vegetables are added to it to make it full of fibre and nutritious. It is very nice and chewy due to lots of veggies added to it. You can skip any veggies you do not prefer but it is suggested to include all to give your family a nutritious meal.
