Ingredients:
– 🍚 1 cup cooked white rice
– 🥒 2 tbsp pickle of choice
– 🧈 2 tsp clarified butter (ghee)
– 🌱 1/2 tsp black gram (urad dal)
– 🌱 1/2 tsp Bengal gram (chana dal)
– 🌱 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
– 🌱 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
– 🧅 1 chopped onion

Instructions:
1. Heat 2 tsp of clarified butter (ghee) in a pan.
2. Add 1/2 tsp black gram, 1/2 tsp Bengal gram, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, and 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
3. Add 1 chopped onion and fry for a minute until translucent.
4. Add the prepared pickle rice and mix well.
