INGREDIENTS
1. Finger Millets Flour – 1 Cup
2. Wheat Flour – 1/4 Cup
3. Bombay Rava – 3 Tablespoons
4. Salt – A Pinch

Use warm water for the pooris to become to puffy
To a mixing bowl, add 1 cup finger millets flour, 1/4 cup wheat flour, 3 tablespoons bombay rava, a pinch of salt and mix
Add arm water and knead it into dough
Close lid and let it sit for 10 minutes
Knead it again
Make small out of the dough
Press it into a poori after dipping it in dry flour
Letís fry them now
Heat oil for deep fry
Add poori and press with spoon
This will make it puffy
Flip and fry
Frying for long time will make the pooris crispy
If you want the pooris to be soft, flip and fry for very little time
Serve with favourite curry or chutney
