Methi Biscuits | Fenugreek Leaves Biscuits | How to make Biscuits | Home made Biscuits

INGREDIENTS
1. Gram Flour – 1 Cup
2. Wheat Flour – 1/2 Cup
3. Fenugreek Leaves – 1/2 Cup
4. Rice Flour – 2 Tablespoons
5. Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Teaspoon
6. Ajowan – 1/4 Teaspoon
7. Sesame Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
8. Pepper Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
9. Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon
10. Oil – Sufficient For Deep Fry

To a mixing bowl, add 1 cup gram flour, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 2 tablespoons rice flour and mix. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/4 teaspoon ajowan, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds(optional) and mix. Add 2 teaspoons oil, 1/2 cup chopped fenugreek leaves and mix. Add water and knead it into a dough. Add 1 teaspoon oil, knead it and let it sit for 30 minutes. Spread oil on your palms and knead the dough again. Divide it into 3 parts. Roll one of the parts and press it into a chepathi after applying oil to the base. Make them thin. Cut this chepathi with a knife or pizza cutter. Shape the edges first. You could cut them in desired shape. Deep fry them. Heat oil sufficient for deep fry in a pan. After the oil is sufficiently heated, fry prepared biscuits one by one. Don’t crowd them or the biscuits will lose the shape. Fry them on medium flame till they become golden brown. Let them cool down and store in an air tight container.
