Ingredients:-
Corn – 1cup
Wheat Flour – 2 cup
Green Chillies – 3
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chat Masala – 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup
Grated Carrot – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Oil

Grind one cup of corn into a paste. To a mixing bowl add 2 cups wheat flour, corn paste, chopped green chillies, 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 1/2 cup grated carrot (optional), 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/4 teaspoon chat masala (optional), salt to taste and mix. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Knead into a soft dough without water. Set aside for 15 minutes. Take little portion of dough, dip in flour and roll like a chepathi. Heat a pan. Place parota on hot pan. Cook parota on low flame. After 2 .minutes, flip the parota. Cook parota using little oil till brown spots appear on both sides.
