Corn Pakoda | Mokkajonna Pakodi | Pakodi in Telugu Telangana Style Recipe in Telugu
INGREDIENTS
1. Corn – 1 Cup
2. Onions – 2
3. Coriander Leaves – 1/2 Cup
4. Curry Leaves – 1/2 Cup
5. Green Chillies – 5
6. Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon
7. Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Teaspoon
8. Garlic Cloves – 7-8
To a mixie jar, add 1 cup corn. Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 7-8 garlic cloves, 5 green chillies and grind it into a soft paste. Add this paste to a mixing bowl. Add diced onions, chopped coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves and mix. If the dough becomes too soft, add 1 tablespoon rice flour. Deep fry it now. Heat oil sufficient for deep fry in a pan. Make take small portions and cook on medium flame. Flip every 2 minutes till it is completely cooked. Fry till it becomes golden brown in colour.
