How to make Cone Dosa Recipe:
Wash and soak 2 cups of rice. Add 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds. For 2 cups rice- wash and soak 1 cup black gram, 1/4 cup bengal gram. Soak them for a minimum of 5 hours. Grind the soaked seeds. Add washed flattened rice while grinding(Optional). Pour this batter into an airtight container and put it in the freezer for storing it. To a bowl add required amount of batter, 1/2 cup water and salt to taste. Mix till proper consistency is reached. Heat a pan and pour dosa batter as shown. Sprinkle a pinch of salt ,chilli powder, coriander seed powder or chat masala. With a knife cut dosa from it’s centre to it’s end. Fold the cut part to one side and fold it again towards the opposite side as shown and make a cone.
