Cabbage Vada Recipe | How to make Cabbage Vada | Evening Snacks in Telugu
INGREDIENTS
1. Cabbage Pieces – 2 Cups
2. Besan Flour – 1 Cup
3. Green Chillies – 3
4. Curry Leaves – 1/2 Cup
5. Onions – 1/2 Cup
6. Coriander Leaves – 1/2 Cup
7. Ginger Pieces – 1 Teaspoon
8. Salt – 1 Teaspoon
9. Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Teaspoon
10. Oil
To a mixing bowl, add 2 cups cabbage pieces, 1 cup besan flour, 1/2 cup onion pieces, 3 chopped green chillies, 1/2 cup chopped curry leaves, 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon ginger pieces, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and mix. Add 2-3 teaspoons water and mix. Don’t add too much water. Wet your hands. Take a little cabbage mixture, make it into a round ball, move it into the other hand and press it. Heat oil sufficient for deep fry in a pan. Deep fry prepared cabbage in oil. Fry on medium flame for 2 minutes and flip it. Fry for another 2 minutes and flip it again. Fry till they turn golden brown.
