Bombay Chutney Recipe | Bombay Chutney for Idly, Dosa, Poori, Chapati | How to make Chutney
INGREDIENTS
1. Gram Flour – 3 Tablespoons
2. Onions – 2
3. Green Chillies – 3
4. Curry Leaves – 1/2 Cup
5. Coriander Leaves – 1/2 Cup
6. Tomatoes – 2
7. Mustard Seeds – 1/2 Teaspoon
8. Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Teaspoon
9. Chilli Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
10. Salt – 1 Teaspoon
11. Oil – 2 Tablespoons
12. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
To 3 tablespoons gram flour, add 1 cup water and mix it into a loose paste. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons oil. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, diced onions and fry for a minute. Add green chilli pieces and mix. Add curry leaves. Add tomato pieces and fry. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon salt and mix. Add prepared gram flour batter and mix. Add water if necessary. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Sprinkle coriander leaves.
