Ingredients:
1. Okra – 1/2 kg, cut into 1-inch pieces
2. Onion – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
3. Green Chilies – 2, finely chopped
4. Garlic Cloves – 4-5, finely chopped
5. Chili Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
6. Salt – 1 tsp
7. Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
8. Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
9. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
10. Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
11. Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
12. Oil – 1 tbsp (for marination)
13. Additional Oil – 1 tbsp (for cooking)
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with rice, Indian flatbreads, or as a flavorful side dish with yogurt and pickles.
Tips:
– Ensure the okra is dry before marinating to avoid sliminess.
– Stir occasionally while frying to ensure even cooking.
