Bhindi Do Pyaza/ Okra/ Lady’s Finger fry with Onions is tasty and different from regular fries. A must-try recipe.

Ingredients
Lady’s Finger: 1/4 Kg
Onions: 2 No’s
Tomatoes: 2 No’s (paste them)
Oil: 2 Tablespoons
Garlic Cloves: 2 to 3 Cloves
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Chili Powder: 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder: 1 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Garam Masala: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Salt: 3/4 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves: a few finely chopped

Method of Preparation:
Tasty and different Bhindi Do Pyaza.
Take 1/4 Kg of Lady’s Finger/Okra, and cut them into 2-inch pieces.
Take 2 Onions, cut one Onion into cubed shapes and the other one finely chopped.
Take 2 Tomatoes, and grind them into a fine paste.
Heat 2 Tbsp Oil in a pan, fry Lady’s Fingers until they change in color, and transfer them to a separate plate.
Add cubed onions and fry until they change in color or when they turn transparent, transfer them to a separate plate for a while.
Add 2 to 3 finely chopped Garlic Cloves, and saute for a while.
Add finely chopped Onions and saute until brown.
Add Tomato Paste and fry until Oil is separated, with a lid on it.
Add 1/2 a Tsp of Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp of Chili Powder and Coriander Powder each, and 1/2 a tsp of Cumin and Garam Masala Powder each.
Add 3/4 Tsp of Salt or as tasted, mix well, and add fried Lady’s Fingers and Onions.
Let it cook for 2 minutes, and garnish it with some Coriander Leaves.
Ready tasty Bhindi Doh Pyaza.
It Tastes good with Rice, and Roti.
