How to make Faluda:
Boil milk for 10-15 mintes and let it cool down. Add 3 teaspoons sugar to it and mix. More sugar can be added if needed. Put this in the fridge and cool it. For faluda sev, heat water in a pan and when the water is boiling add samia and let it cook for a minute. Drain the water and put the cooked samia in cool water immediately. Put the samia in a different bowl and let it cool down. Samia could be put in the fridge also. Soak 2 tablespoons of basil(sabja) seeds in water for a minimum of 30 minutes till they become jelly like. For preparing the faluda, pour 2 teaspoons of rooh-afza along the sides of the glass. Add 2 tablespoons soaked basil(sabja) seeds. Add 2 tablespoons boiled samia, 1 teaspoon rooh-afza. Add tooty-fruties(optional). Add kissmiss, chopped cashew and almonds, or any dry fruit of your choice. Add milk and icecream. Icecream could be of any flavour. Garnish with rooh-afza and dry fruit.
