Ingredients:

Fish: 1/2 Kg
Onion: 2 Medium-sized
Tomato: 1 Big
Garlic: 1 Pod
Salt: 1 1/2 Teaspoon or as needed
Chili Powder: 2 1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin Seeds: 1 Teaspoon
Fenugreek Seeds: 1/4 Teaspoon
Coriander Seeds: 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Oil: 3 to 4 Tablespoons
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves: a few strands finely chopped

Method of Preparation:

A tasty Masala Fish Fry recipe goes well with both Rice and Roti.
Take 1/2 a Kg Fish of our choice (I chose Rava) Clean wash and cut them into pieces.
Take 2 medium-sized Onions, cut them into thick and big pieces, 1 big Tomato, and a Garlic Pod peeled.
Take Salt 1 1/2 Tsp or as needed, Chili powder 2 1/2 Tsp, Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp, Fenugreek Seeds 1/4 Tsp, 1 1/2 Tbsp of Coriander Seeds.
Now, I will roast the 1 1/2 Tbsp Coriander, 1 Tsp of Cumin, and 1/2 Tsp of Fenugreek Seeds for a while.
Take Tsp of roasted Coriander, Cumin, and Fenugreek Seeds and keep them aside to add them in the temper later.
And the remaining Coriander, Cumin, and Fenugreek Seeds to a mixie jar, and grind it to a powder.
Add a Tsp of Oil to the same pan and add the diced Onion saute for 2 minutes, put off the stove and let it cool down.
Add the sauteed Onion to the mixie jar, add the peeled Garlic as well, storing 3 to 4 to add it to the temper.
Add Tomatoes as well and grind it into a fine paste, now coarsely ground the Coriander, Cumin, and Fenugreek Seeds along with the 3 to 4 Garlic Pods.
To the same pan, add 2 to 3 Tbsp of oil and heat it well. Add fish pieces, fry for a minute, flip, turn it and fry.
Check if it is cooked, transfer them to a place for some time.
To the same pan add a Tbsp of Oil along with the leftover Oil after frying the fish.
Add coarsely ground mixture, then the ground paste fries them all until Oil separates.
Add 2 1/2 Tsp of Chili Powder, 1 1/2 Tsp of Salt or as needed, add 1/2 a Tsp of Turmeric Powder.
Add the fried fish pieces, add some finely chopped Coriander Leaves.
Place alid and let cook on low flame for 2 to 3 min, flip turn and cook for 2 to 3 more min on either side slowly.
Put off the flame, and tasty Masala Fish Fry is ready.
