Ingredients:
Eggs: as needed
Rice: as needed
Brown Onions: a few
Oil: 2 Teaspoons
Coriander Powder: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Chili Powder: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Salt: 1/4 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 Teaspoon
Oil: 2 Tablespoons
Onion: 1 finely chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 Teaspoons
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Chili Powder: 2 Teaspoons
Coriander Powder: 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder: 1 Teaspoon
Salt: 1 Teaspoon or as needed
Green Chilies: 2 to 3 slit
Curd: 1/2 a Cup
Garam Masala: 1/4 Teaspoon
Mint Leaves: as needed finely chopped
Coriander Leaves: as needed finely chopped
Ghee: 2 Tablespoons

Method of Preparation:
Simple and easy Egg Biryani recipe.
Take boiled Eggs as needed, take some brown Onions(Onions chopped and fried until brown) and keep them aside for a while.
Take rice as needed, wash and soak them 1/2 an hour before cooking.
Take 3 Tomatoes ground into a paste and keep aside for a while.
Cut boiled eggs into halves, heat a pan, and add 2 Tsp of Oil.
Add 1/2 a Tsp of Chili Powder, Coriander Powder each, 1/4 Tsp of Turmeric Powder, and Salt each mix and spread it.
Add Egg pieces and fry until brown in low flame and keep aside for a while.
Take a thick bottomed pan, add 2 Tbsp of Oil, add 1 finely chopped onion, and fry until transparent.
Add 2 Tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste, add Tomato paste, and fry until Oil separates with a lid on medium flame.
Add 1/2 a Tsp of Turmeric Powder, 2 Tsp of Chili Powder, or as needed.
Add 1 1/2 Tsp of Coriander Powder, 1 Tsp of Cumin Powder (roasted Cumin Powder), and a Tsp of Salt or as needed.
Add 2 to 3 Green Chilies slit, and mix well.
Add 1/2 a Cup of smooth Curd and mix well, add 1/4 Tsp of Garam Masala.
Add a few finely chopped Mint and Coriander Leaves, add brown Onions and mix well.
Add water to avoid getting burnt at the bottom, and add boiled and fried Eggs.
Drain off the water and add 1/2 the rice to it, add some finely chopped Mint and Coriander Leaves along with some brown Onions.
Add remaining Eggs and leftover Masala, add a Tbsp of Ghee and the remaining rice and spread some Mint, Coriander Leaves, and Brown Onions.
Pour 1/4 cup of Milk either mixed with some food color or Saffron and a Tbsp of Ghee and cover the pan with a Silver Foil if available.
If Foil is not available, place a tight lid with some weight on it.
Place the pan on a Griddle( Tava) for 5 minutes on high flame and for 10 minutes on low flame and put off the flame.
Let it sit for 10 minutes, then open the lid and we can see a delicious Biryani.
Mix it before serving it as the masala settles down in the pan.
Relish the Biryani.
