ఇడ్లీ తో ఈ సాంబార్ అమోఘం | Quick and Easy Sambhar for Tiffins using Everest Super Sambhar Masala!

Ingredients:
1. Oil – 2 tbsp
2. Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
3. Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
4. Red Chilies – 3-4
5. Garlic Cloves – 5-6
6. Onions – 3-4
7. Green Chilies – 6-7
8. Curry Leaves – 2 reeds
9. Drumsticks – 2
10. Bottle Gourd – 1/2
11. Tomatoes – 2
12. Cooked Toor Dal (Pigeon Peas) – 1 cup
13. Tamarind Pulp – 1/2 cup
14. Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
15. Salt – to taste
16. Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
17. Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
18. Water – as needed
19. Jaggery – 1/2 tsp
20. Everest Super Sambhar Masala – 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp
21. Coriander Leaves – for garnish

Recipe Notes:
– Heat 2 tbsp oil and temper with mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
– Add 3-4 red chilies and 5-6 garlic cloves for flavor.
– Sauté 3-4 chopped onions, 6-7 green chilies, 2 reeds of curry leaves, and 2 drumsticks.
– Add 1/2 bottle gourd and 2 chopped tomatoes to the mix.
– Incorporate 1 cup cooked toor dal (pigeon peas) and 1/2 cup tamarind pulp.
– Season with 1 tbsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, and salt to taste.
– Add water as needed and let the sambhar simmer.
– Stir in 1/2 tsp jaggery for a slight sweetness.
– Finish with 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp Everest Super Sambhar Masala.
– Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot!
