make masala)

Peppers (Capsicum) – 1/2 X3 because I used different colours
Carrot – 1
Kesar – 1 Pinch
Milk – 1 Cup (for Kesar)
Curd – 1 Cup
Sunflower Oil – 2 Table Spoon
Ghee – 1 Table Spoon
Cardamom – 2
Cinnamon – Small Piece (1/2 Inch)
Cloves -3
Garlic – 10- 15 Cloves
Coriander Leaf – 1 Handful( Half Used to Make Paste & 1/2 For
Garnishing)
Mint Leaf(Pudina) – 1 Handfull( Half Used to Make Paste & 1/2For
Garnishing)
Biryani Masala – 1 Tea Spoon
Garam Masala – 1/2 Tea Spoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tea Spoon
Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tea Spoon
Coriander Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Salt – to taste
