This exactly like the street food made and coutry style. I have given an easy method to make this chicken curry. It is very tasty and yummy with a mouth watering aroma. I used Kasmiri lal mirchi (Kasmiri Red Chilli Powder) to get more colour with less spicy. While marinating it gives a very good aroma by coriander, Pudina (Mint Leaf), Ginger, Garlic and Lemon. I prefer using lemon instead of curd as curd leaves more water in to the marinated chicken.
Ingredients
Chicken -1 Kg
Onion – 3
Tomato Puree – 1
Oil – 2 Table Spoon
Coriander Powder – 3 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 3 tsp
Chicken masala – 2 tsp
Garam Masala – 2 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Saunf (Variyali) – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaf – 1 Handful
Mint Leaf – 1 Handful
Lemon – 1
Ginger – 2 Inch Size
Garlic – 10 Cloves

Marinate chicken for 30 min
In the mean time put 2 Table Spoon oil in to the pan
Add onion
Cook this for 10 min on low flame with lid on
once onion turns translucent add masala- Coriander powder, Red chilli powder, chicken masala, pepper powder, garam masala in to it.
Saute for 2 min
Add tomato puree
cook this for 2 min till oil separate
add little water from the cooked chicken to properly mix masala
Boil the excess water
add chicken
boil it for 1 min
add chopped coriander leaf & garnish
Turn off the flame. It’s ready now.
