Ingedients
Tomato – 1
Onion – 1
Tamarind Pulp- 1Cup/ As Required
Sunflower Oil / Ghee – 1 Table Spoon
Garlic – 8 Cloves
Green Chilli- 2
Curry Leaves- As Required
Red Chilli Split-1
Powdered Toor Dal- 1 1/2 Tea Spoon
(To make powdered dal, fry the dal and grind in the mixer this you can use even to make chutney)

Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 Tea Spoon
Dhaniya – 1/4 Tea Spoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tea Spoon
Mustard Seed – 1/2 Tea Spoon
Dhaniya Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Pepper Powder – 1/4 Tea Spoon
Hing(Asafoetida) – 1/4 Tea Spoon
Powdered Cumin Seed(Jeera)- 1/2 Tea Spoon
Fenugreek ( Methi)- 1/2 Tea Spoon

Preparation
-Add Oil to hot pan
-Add Mustard Seeds
-Add Methi
-Add 1 Chilli Split
-Once the seed pops add green chilli, crushed garlic and curry leaf
-Add chopped Onion
-Once the onion is fried add 1/4 Spoon Hing
-Mix well and add 1/4 Spoon turmeric, Red Chilli and 1/2 Spoon Coriander Powder
-Mix this and add 1 1/2 Spoon Powdered toor dal
-Mix and Add 1/2 Spoon powdered cumin seed( jeera)
-Add 1/4 Spoon pepper
-Now add chopped tomato
-Add water and cook this for 5 Min on low flame with lid
-Now add salt as required
-Mix well and add 1 cup water
-Add Tamarind pulp
-Boil it, you can add water as required & It’s ready
