Ingredients
For Poha Idli
Poha – 1 1/2 Cup (200gm)
Sooji – 1 Cup
Curd – 1 1/2 Cup
Baking Soda- 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste.
Oil – 1 tsp

For Chutney
Peanut – 1 Cup
Grated Coconut – 1/2 Cup
Onion – 1/2
Garlic – 4 Cloves
Green Chilli – 2
Tamarind – 1 Table Spoon Pulp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Whole Chilli – 1
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Curry Leaf – 6-7
Oil – 1 Table Spoon
Salt

Preparation
wash the poha (Rice Flakes)
Add Curd
Add Rava
Mix Well
Add water to make the batter constancy
Rest it for 10 min
Beat this in a blender
Add Baking soda
Add salt
The batter is ready to prepare idli, no fermentation required.
