This gobhi masala can be eaten with roti chpathi or rice. This popular Indian dry dish is extremely simple to make with available ingredients at home. Also this gobhi dry masala can be served as a side and is known as dhaba style gobhi matar restaurant style gobi matar. Preparation Method

1. Marinate 200gm cauliflower for 10 minutes by adding 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
2. Fry marinated florets on medium heat until it is 1/2 cooked and keep aside.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil & add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
4. add 1 finely chopped onion & saute for 5 minutes
5. add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell goes.
6. Now mix 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp red chilli powder & 1/2 tsp cumin powder & saute for 2 minutess.
7. Gradually add 1/2 up water & heat until oil separates
8. Now add 1/2 cup frozen matar, 1 tomato & 2 green chillies (If adding fresh matar then cook matar for 5 minutes & then add toato and chilli)
9. Cover it for 5 minutes
10.add fried cauliflower, mix 1/2 tsp garam masala
11.cover it & cook for 5 minutes
12.mix handful choppped coriander leaves & gobhi matar ki dry sabji is ready to serve
