Baingan Masala New Style – एक बार छोटे बैंगन की सब्जी इस तरह से बनाकर तो देखिये लोग तारीफ करते नहीं थकेंगे Baingan masala is a north Indian recipe made with brinjal with a right mix of masala. Usually it is made by stuffing brinjal with masala, here I have made baingan masala sabzi with a different style and it is tastier than the usual baingan massala. To make this baingan masala I have used very minimum and easily available ingredients. Baingan masala is famous all over Indian in different recipes but the cooking process is almost the same with the addition of some extra ingredients. Baingan masala is a dish that is packed with flavors of a rich, vibrantr tomatoes, ginger and garlic, along with red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala, and onion to give the rich gravy to the dish. Here I have marinated the eggplant in masala mix for about 10 min and then cooked in onion based gravy. This baingan masala recipe or baingan ki sabji is easy to make as it is made in a single cooking step, rather than first stuffing it with masala it is marinated in masala mix and then directly cooked in the onion based gravy.
