Toor Dal – 2 Table Spoon
Mustard Seeds – 1 Tea Spoon
Funugreek Seeds – 1 Tea Spoon
Curry Leaf – 1 Handful
Whole Dry Chilli – 3
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tea Spoon
Jaggery – Optional, to balance sour taste
asafoetida (Hing) – 1 Pinch
