Ingredients – Serve – 4
Soya Chunks – 50 gm
Potato (Aloo) – 2 Medium Sized
Onion (Pyaz) – 2
Tomato – 2
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbs
Cooking Oil – 2 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1.5 teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
Kasuri Methi (Dried & Roasted Fenugreek Leaves) – 1 teaspoon

Preparation
1. Boil – 2 Onion and 2 tomatoes together till it’s soft for about 3 minutes
2. Turn off the flame & transfer this to another vessel to cool down to make a paste
3. In the hot water add 50gm soya chunks & cover it for 5 minutes
Till that time In a pan add 2 tablespoon oil and shallow fry diced potatoes till it is 4.slightly brown outside for about 2 minutes, transfer fried potatoes in to a paper towel
5. Take out soya chunks from water & Squeeze out all the water content in the soya
chunks
6. Shallow fry soya chunks for about 5 minutes by stirring occasionally & transfer it to the
paper towel
7. Now in the same oil add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste &
saute for 30 seconds
8. Add onion tomato paste, Cover it & cook for about 10 minutes
9. At this time add salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,& coriander powder
10. Saute for 1 minutes, add 1 cup water & mix fried soya chunks and potato
11. Cover it for another 1 minute, & add 2 cups of water, wait till it starts to boil, then add
garam masala and kasuri methi
Mix it well & cover it for another 5 minutes, it’s ready to serve.
