फूलगोभी बनाने की बिल्कुल नई रेसिपी, ऐसी टेस्टी सब्जी पहले कभी नहीं खाई होगी। Gobhi Masala Dry Sabji. gobi masala or phool gobhi masala is cooked in an easy to follow recipe with less ingredients and in a single step – one step cooking. You can find different varieties of cauliflower curry or cauliflower masala commonly caalled as gobhi masala here on my channel ,like gobhi ki sabji in semi gravi, or dhaba style gobhi masala. here in this recipe I coooked this gobhi ki sabji in a different way where, florets are marinated in a spicy sauce made of, Chilli powder, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder and turmeric powder along with water and some mustard oil. after marinating for about 10 to 15 minutes I directly stir fried this in oil tempering cumin seeds and asafoetida. You can find the detailed ingredients and the preparation method to make this delicious gobho dry fry as and when the ingredients are added in to it. Preparation Method
1. In warm water add 2 tablespoon salt and add cleaned cauliflower florets and keep it for 5 minutes to remove dirt and germs.
2. Drain the water
3. In a bowl Take 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/4 turmeric powder, 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste, 2 tablespoon mustard oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per your taste.
4. mix everything well and gradually add 1/4 cup water to make a loose masala paste.
5. Transfer cleaned florets to this masala mix/spice mix
6. Mix properly so as to coat florets in the spices and let oit rest for 10 minutes.
7. Take a heavy bottomed pan, heat 2 tablespoon oil and temper with 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida powder.
8. Transfer the marinated florets in to it and mix well in oil. Add 2 tablepoon water and cover it for 10 minutes to properly cook florets, Open the lid at intervals and stir to avoid sticking on the bottom.
9. After 10 minutes add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and chopped coriander leaves and again cover it for 2 more minutes.
Now the delicious gobhi dry masala is ready to serve. Gobhi Masala Dry Sabji
