Here are the ingredients you will need:

3 medium sized onion, cut in to 4
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 tomato, pureed
1/2 tespoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cream
2 tablespoon oil

Here are the steps:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
shalllowfry the onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes and keep it aside
To the same oil add 1 tsp cumin seeds, the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute more.
Add the tomato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt, and red chilli powder. Cook for 2 minutes more.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add fresh cream and simmer it for 2 minutes
Now add sauteed cpsicum aand onion and simmer it for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
